1. Description

This 18 inch chuck is in a large through hole structure and is has 3 wedge shape jaws which are applied to clamp special-shaped work-piece. All sliding surfaces of the chuck are processed through hardened treatment, precision grinding and directly lubricated. The structure of the chuck is solid and is also durable. At high speed rotating, it still can operate very smoothly. Additionally, it has high accuracy for positioning repetition and large clamp force and fits automatic production well.
4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch and 15 inch of power chucks are also provided. Besides former, customized power chucks are also provided.
